A Step By Step Example

Notice the 3 lines of text using 3 different fonts. Perfect spacing and positioning was made easy with a little help from laser printing a template followed by application with Frisket and Trim Solvent.
The CAP 232 logo is CAD drawn and hand cut! Then applied with Frisket and Trim Solvent. So are the stars. The Great Planes logo is a production decal, but lifted from the sheet and installed with Frisket to avoid any fingerprints on the adhesive that cause peeling edges. My husband, Michael Cross, the 232's designer, is shown with the model.)
MonoKote Trim Solvent doing repair work on MonoKote-over-MonoKote graphics originally applied with heat: notice the peeled up corners of the H? Apply Trim Solvent very sparingly to both colors and smooth the letters down, and that's it!
Slanted letters and unusual shaping of letters is easy in AutoCAD, then simply print to the Stika and apply with Trim Solvent and Frisket.
